Privacy Policy

1. Ownership & Copyright

  • Artwork Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the buyer. However, all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with Naro Studio.

  • Usage Rights: Buyers may display the artwork for personal use but are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without explicit written permission from Naro Studio.

  • Promotional Use: Naro Studio reserves the right to use images of sold artworks for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials.
     

2. Framing Services

  • Third-Party Framing: If framing is offered, it is facilitated through third-party providers. Naro Studio is not responsible for any defects or damages related to framing services.

  • Liability: Any issues arising from framing should be addressed directly with the framing provider.
     

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Packaging: Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping Damage: If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to address the issue.

  • Risk Transfer: Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Naro Studio is not liable for damages occurring after delivery.
     

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for artworks in their original condition and packaging.

  • Procedure: To initiate a return, contact us at narostudioo@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Delivery charges and costs associated with custom framing services are non-refundable.

  • Exclusions: Custom orders, commissioned works, and prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
     

5. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Resolution: We aim to address and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
     

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Post-Delivery: Naro Studio is not responsible for damages or deterioration of artworks after delivery.

  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the artwork.
     

7. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
